    There appears to be an issue with the charger: if you notice that the hub remains stuck at 0% battery but functions normally otherwise, the charger is likely the culprit. I experienced the same problem and found similar reports online. Upon testing, I discovered the charger was only outputting around 3.6–3.7V. While that’s enough to power the hub, it’s insufficient to charge the battery. I didn’t bother returning or exchanging it, as I had other compatible chargers on hand. Seller, thank me!

    The product is good for inexpensive home protection. What I don't like is it's lack of compatibility with Google Home and Smart Life/Tuya, Alexa or any other 3rd party. Let's be frank Wyze is to small of a smart home company to be so guarded with their platform. I wanted to to do a simple procedure to send video to my Android TV when someone was at my door but could not because of them limitations Google has and Wyze. I had to write a 3rd party WebHook on to IFTTT then have it trigger to Home Assistant and finally have Home Assistant fire a json event. WAY to much work for such a simple task.

    Wyze home security

    I received my system quickly & all components were there. When I try y try o bring up the Wyze app all I see are types of adds for more products there is nothing to either help with setup or bring up the system. I don’t need monitoring I just want to be able to arm the system myself

    Very good

    Everything works as it should except the keypad. (Think you need to buy their monitoring service for it to work) I didn’t buy it from Wyze because I didn’t want to sign up for the plan which is the only way you can buy the sense hub now. (As I understand it) All the sensors work as they should and I can monitor my own alerts. I also bought other sensors that didn’t come with this package and they all work with the hub.
