    It works. Others have constant problems, but Lenovo pulled an “Apple” .

    If you have Lenovo laptops then you should use Lenovo docking stations. Make sure you get one that matches the power consumption of your PC. I have an X1 Extreme so this dock was the one that provided enough output to charge everything. It’s got a stand RJ-45 slot so you can skip the proprietary adapter. I’m happy that it works, I’ve tried CalDigir Ts3 plus and another expensive dock and both don’t like to cooperate.

    Docking station for the Thinkpad X1 extreme.

    The perfect docking solution for my Thinkpad X1 extreme. There are cheaper alternatrives, but none as useful as this docking station as it was designed for the Thinkpad X1 taptops.
