    Item was new as described, but this is the only EBay seller I’ve purchased from that didn’t put the item box in a separate shipping box for protection. The box was beat up in transit… not ideal for a collector. Also FedEx delivered to the wrong address, not the fault of the seller, but they didn’t respond to my messages updating them about the issue or that it was resolved when a neighbor brought the package to me. Probably wouldn’t do business with this seller again.

    Easy to program, all the buttons worked !!

    I received the item quickly and programmed it within 5 minutes (following the included instructions). It worked as it was supposed to. I did notice that my car alerted "Key fob battery low" which I thought was strange since it was brand new. I installed a new battery and was surprised to see the same alert repeated. Not sure what that was about. As a test, I tried from a considerable distance away and with a building in between - it worked no problem !!! When I tried to reprogram my original remote the next day, it would not 'learn' from the programmer so now I'm back to just one working remote. I will have to order a second remote and hope that I can then program both replacement remotes, in the same session. Other than the glitches mentioned, all else went well.

    On my 06 Grand Prix all I had to do was insert it correctly and it did the rest almost. The programmer and Fob work great.

    Ambivalent about this product

    It didn't work and I was angry but then I realized I have no idea if something else is wrong so I calmed down. I'm not sure since the remote wasn't included with the car if it ever worked. So an average review until I finish troubleshooting.
