    Seller sent me an offer for the item. I paid immediately. He then tells me he can't ship until next week. I tell him that is fine. After 2 weeks I ask him why it has not been shipped. He ignores my message. I open a case asking for the item. He ignores the case. Ebay stepped in to refund me. It makes no sense to ghost me when he was the one to initiate the sale.
