Post who managed to loose the first order sent then sent the next one on a snail so an order placed on 12th December didn't arrive till the 31st DEC (At least the kept in the same year). The seller has been brilliant through all this. They sent the order same day and when it was realised that Aus. Post had lost it they sent a replacement straight away, even in the middle of the Christmas rush period.
