    Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. When I got the machine, Libreboot was working fine, but for some reason I couldn't boot anything normally off my own drives except one particular Debian distro. The seller went way above and beyond here, and not only offered me several options in terms of tweaking Libreboot (or even returning), but even helped me switch over to Coreboot, which resolved all my problems when booting any other distro. Phenomenal experience.
