There is some cosmetic damage (faceplate broken in corner) on one of the units which was not directly mentioned or photographed which is a bit disappointing but the units appear fully functional as listed in description.     Awesome Refurbished Cartridge

    Awesome professionally refurbished cartridge! New image drum is better quality than original which permits excellent imaging for high quality printing. Toner is also good quality with correct fusing temperature for clean prints. Service is tops. I highly recommend this professional supplier.

    I was deceived by the picture and what I received only because the picture showed a totally sealed box and I received them in a brown box with label on outside of each cartridge. I really needed them so I had to use them.
