Despite me changing the information a few times, he understood exactly what was needed and even offered suggestions to better show the information. Before he made it he sent me pictures to check / show what the finished sign would look like to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. He is professional &proud of his work and rightly so. He is also very patient and a great communicator.
