Because of my own ignorance I had a little problem setting up my Windows 11 password and the seller got back to me quickly with an explanation and now I am all set. I had just only one issue with the product, the laptop no boot from disk when I restart or turn it on. I always must select the booteable disk, despite I tried all configurations and possible solutions (upgrade, downgrade, etc)... As a conclusion, the bios chip defective or damaged.
