Lisa Clegg is a life saver!!!
Brilliant book, I have brought this after signing up to Lisa Clegg’s quick support for sleep training my daughter when she was 20 months old. The sleep training worked in 4 days, she went from waking every few hours and ending up in our bed every night to sleeping through from 7.30pm -7.15am every night. 2 months on and she’s now 22 months old and still sleeping through every night, completely changed all our lives for the better and Florence is a much happier child and well behaved child in the daytime now, she’s also taking me more seriously now. If I tell her no, she knows I mean business!!! I have skipped the sleeping solution first chapter as Lisa helped me sort this, I have been reading the food training and can’t wait to get started and see if it improves her picky eating! Also going to start potty training soon too, fingers crossed!!!
