The seller did offer return for refund and communication was good. Overall It all worked out in the end. Got the item working and all was well, but I felt a partial refund offer should have been at least issued for my troubles.

It was during a major ice/snow storm and during the death of President Carter (usps was closed day of funeral and we weren't able to get mail because of ice storm another day). I was so impressed with the shipping and packaging being that seller shipped from Wisconsin to me in Georgia during the death of President and the ice storm. I received them in excellent time considering that USPS is running so slow. ( It takes time to sit on all the boxes ) These are in great shape and exactly as described.
