- r***a (90)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseHorrible experience with this seller. They sent two vintage photos in a plain manilla envelope with no cardboard for support, no warning to not bend. Both photos arrived bent and waterlogged. Avoid this seller as they obviously have no care or respect for these valuable pieces of history. Seller has many other negative feedbacks in which people describe an identical experience to mine. Clearly they truly do not care about the items or customer!!Reply from: pastpresentz- Feedback replied by seller pastpresentz.- Feedback replied by seller pastpresentz. This item was not waterlogged here in Arizona! Maybe wet there in Pennsylvania....so you feel better to make 2 negative feed backs about the same order? Some buyers are very aggressive and have high regard for themselves. I combined my shipping from $6 to $4. And yes I expected this item to arrive safely to your home. As many hundreds have over the past 15 years. Your patience would have been great as some have been in the past. But 2 negative feed backs?? I'm sorry you are so angry....relax.

- a***a (1983)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseBought ONE old photo and when received, it was TWO! Photo was ripped in two due to mailing in an unprotected envelope. Seller will blame the P.O. but in actuality it’s the sellers poor packaging! It’s a risk buying paper/fragile items whether it will get to you undamaged or not. Mentioned this to seller but they don’t see a problem! Much rather pay more in shipping to get an adequate envelope than to receive unnecessary damaged items!Reply from: pastpresentz- Feedback replied by seller pastpresentz.- Feedback replied by seller pastpresentz. Was the envelope also torn in two??? How does a photo get torn in two without the envelope torn in two?? No problem in blaming the post office for tearing the entire package in two. Maybe send back a photo of the damage and give it to the post office also to find out what happened. An envelope with a paper inside of it goes thru the postal service 99.999% of the time with NO DAMAGES....
