I contacted the seller and they said that it was listed in the complete description that this is the way it would be shipped. I had not read this until they pointed it out to me.     May need to buy a bigger turkey if you want left overs

    We used it last year and got rave reviews. We had not told anyone ahead of time that we had used it. We plan to use it again this year but I do think it is rather expensive. The only reason we tried it last year was because I got it at a very good clearance price but it was good enough, I paid much more this year but still got a good deal thru eBay.
