    I appreciate the seller making things right. They shipped the wrong item in the item I purchased packaging. It’s frustrating to receive the wrong item but they were instantly responsive and offered to make it right. I sent the product back for a full refund. I appreciate the responsiveness and honesty from this seller when things went wrong. It shouldn’t have happened IMO but I give them the benefit of doing the right thing at the end of the day.

    The item arrived in good time, being very carefully packed with original protective packaging. It exactly matched the photo in the listing. Unfortunately, the SSD's operating condition was not exactly as described (not new, but a bit used). Upon being informed of this, the seller authorized a return and issued a full refund, despite the listing indicating that returns were not accepted. When eBay appeared to charge $5 for return shipping, the seller sent me a check to cover that.
