Sie kann jedoch genauso auf weitere Unternehmen mit Nutzung von Dienstfahrzeugen ubertragen werden. Das fiktive Unternehmen T & R - Bau GmbH ist an mehreren Standorten vertreten. Diese teilt sich in folgende Bezirke auf: Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Bremervoerde und Hamburg. Seit einigen Jahren werden rund 450 Mitarbeiter mit dem gesamten Spektrum des Infrastrukturbaus von Versorgungsleitungen (Wasser, Strom, Gas etc.) sowie Entsorgungsleitungen fur den norddeutschen Raum beschaftigt. In der Firma T & R - Bau GmbH befinden sich 15 Dienstfahrzeuge, die auch zur privaten Nutzung genutzt werden durfen. Diese Fahrzeuge haben eine tagliche Kilometerlaufleistung von ca. 140 km. Der gesamte Fuhrpark der Firma besteht aus 94 Fahrzeugen (einschliesslich 15 Dienstfahrzeugen), die fur die gewerblichen Mitarbeiter zur Verfugung stehen. Da die monatlichen Kosten erheblich sind und diese verringert werden sollen, hat die Geschaftsleitung beschlossen, den Fuhrpark von 6 unterschiedlichen Fahrzeugmarken auf maximal 1 zu verringern. Somit ware ein Sonderrabatt bei den jeweiligen Autohandlern gegeben, des Weiteren ware der Arbeitsaufwand fur die Buchhaltung geringer und ein Mitarbeiter koennte aus der Fahrzeugabteilung abgezogen werden, der dann fur andere Aufgaben eingesetzt werden kann. Aus den o.g. Grunden werde ich bei dieser Ausarbeitung fur alle Dienstfahrzeuge nur eine Fahrzeugmarke fur die Firma anschaffen. Die Dienstfahrzeuge sollten einen geringeren Verbrauch/CO2 Ausstoss und geringere Wartungskosten haben. Des Weiteren sollten die Fahrzeuge ein gewisses Anforderungsprofil erfullen. Dies ist in einem extra Kapitel beschrieben. D
