When it didn’t arrive after 2 weeks, an “ITEM NOT RECEIVED” case was opened, and I was refunded quickly. But I had already waited more than 2 weeks before I learned that the item had never been dispatched. I have to guess that the seller wasn’t happy with the price and used this trick to cancel the trade, or perhaps the item wasn’t actually in their possession.
