    Excellent Expert Tai Chi Instruction!

    Absolutely FANTASTIC! Took a Tai Chi for Arthritis class, not for the arthritis benefits but to help improve my balance, and then ordered this to maintain & improve on what I had learned in the class. Dr. Lam is outstanding: so very easy to follow and so thorough! Highly recommend this even to those people who have never had a class.

    Educational

    This video is exactly what I expected from Paul Lamb. The instruction is very clear. The introduction, warmup, and cool down segments are the same on all of the videos I've bought so far but one can fast forward to reach the actual instruction on the form. Every part is covered in great detail three times. Fortunately there is a section at the end where you can see and follow him as he performs the whole form.

    The exercises suits me perfectly as it's designed specifically for arthritis. The movements and his gentle manner of speech cannot but help in the most soothing way. Thumbs up for Dr. Lam.
