BRONSON'S MOST ICONIC ROLE WILL GIVE YOU ACTION AND THRILLS !!!!

Even if you haven't actualy seen the iconic "Death Wish", you wish you had. " Death Wish " is the ironic, and action-packed film about a middle-agged old school gentleman, his family, and his past, present and his future. Shortly after a visit to the beach, Mr. Paul Kersey, of 33 Riverside Drive in New York City, will suffer a horrible loss : his wife is killed in a home invasion, which also injures his daughter, who spins into a catatonic spiral inward. Kersey is a dynamic and brilliant residential designer, who acquires a new situation, in Tucson, Arizona.....designing a new acreage for Mr. Jainchill, a developer. Jainchill gives Kersey a gift of respect to take back to NYC : a .32 Colt revolver. Not long after, Kersey is assaulted in a street hold-up, and Kersey uses the .32 to Right a Wrong. The assault and shooting makes him ill, but he recovers quickly. After that, he begins to make Right, several more Wrongs. This splendid movie is directed by the fabulous Michael Winner, who directed Charles Bronson in " The Mechanic ", and, directed Burt Lancaster, Lee J. Cobb, Robert Duvall, Sheree North, and J.D. Cannon in the 1971 epic, " Lawman ". See " Death Wish ", and watch Bronson in his amazing performance. With Hope Lange, and Vincent Gardenia. My name is Dr. H. E. Sawyer, Jr., Manhattan, NYC

    Better Wish

Charles Bronson movies are still some of the most entertaining forerunners of today's action-packed movies. His character is everyone's hero, out to do what the cops can't do! While this first Death Wish movie that launched a continuing series is entertaining, in the traditional Charles Bronson style, the picture quality is somewhat grainy, and suffers from either age or too many reproduction copies. It is still worthwhile; but needs to be played on a high-quality player, like Blu-Ray, to compensate for the poorer visual grainy DVD quality.

  • Death Wish V

Product arrived in a timely manner and sealed. Picture quality is very good.... price, not so much. Still, an entertaining movie, as are ALL the Death Wish series.

  • TIMELESS CLASSIC WITH THE INCOMPARABLE BRONSON AND ALL STAR CAST

The original DEATH WISH is a classic. The remake with Bruce Willis is not comparable to the chilling rawness of the original film, and well, let's face it, Willis is not Bronson. This film is instantly recognizable, at least in my generation. It has withstood the test of time, and it is a movie that stands alone in the vigilante genre. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to view the tour de force of Charles Bronson's timeless performance as Paul Kersey. The movie is directed by Dino De Laurentis and has an all star cast.

  • DEATH WISH 1974

An awesome classic. A perfect example of how a Liberal mind can endanger yourself and your loved ones. Liberal turned vigilante after his family is attacked by punk thugs.
