(I worked in shipping receiving for many years, so I know good packing when I see it). Because of my own ignorance I had a little problem setting up my Windows 11 password and the seller got back to me quickly with an explanation and now I am all set. Great product, great shipping, great communication...I wish all sellers were this good. I had just only one issue with the product, the laptop no boot from disk when I restart or turn it on. I always must select the booteable disk, despite I tried all configurations and possible solutions (upgrade, downgrade, etc)... As a conclusion, the bios chip defective or damaged. The seller offered to me a refund, however it was a very cheap and usefull laptop to me, so I decided to keep it.Dell Latitude E5570-i7-6600U@2.60GHz 8GB Ram No SSD/HDD/OS/Battery Boots to BIOS (#135498972811)
