      Outstanding experience! The seller is extremely responsive and was able to accommodate a custom request for me. The laptop was better than described and in pristine condition. Was also packaged just like a brand new laptop. Shipping was fast and painless from Canada to US with no customs issues. Shipping price was good.       Item arrived later than expected, but the seller was helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure that I eventually get the item. Item condition is new and freshly built and exactly as described with same specifications, well packaged and clean. Only flaw I managed to find is some display bleed or dead pixels, but I am still looking into exact cause to determine if it's driver related or hardware.

      My order travelled 12.000 kilometers in 6 days, fast delivery. Aftersale, I had helpful and effective comms with seller. Most importantly, product is working (it’s used once for testing purposes only). Ofc, you may find cheaper alternatives elsewhere, but you can pay slightly more for this to have Eurocom quality service.
