A young girls dream comes true.
Each person will come away with a little different take on the book. It is more detailed than any of the videos on the subject. This is a story about the determination of youth who are treated more like an adult from an early age, and introduced to a lifestyle not everyone is exposed to. Sailing is generally on something people are exposed to if they live close to a coast where sailing has been a way of life. There are a number of families, couples and individuals posting on youtube who live on boats and travel the world. Explorers are always interesting people. In her travels she meets many interesting people. She finds that sailors treat other sailors with respect, and support to the best of their ability. In the story line of the book the author shares her experiences of dealing with the state and the power brokers who like to have total control over the individual, stifling creative, free thinking minds. She was very strong and did not submit. Hope she doesn't sell out to them now.
