    Great stories bad disc,s

    Love the stories but some of the disc are bad got to the last scene of Silas Marner and the disc skips to the credits you miss the last 10 minutes of the movie.

    Quality Entertaintment

    It's impossible to go wrong with BBC Classics. I've viewed these productions many times over the years. While they're available via streaming, I like having my favorites at hand, in tangible form (and pay just once). These productions include some of the finest actors in their early years. Quality entertainment that's memorable is worth owning.

    Period Movies

    These are all your typical English period interpretations of English works. The acting, costumes, and settings were great. But as with many period piece reproduction it is a bit wordy and 3 of the offerings were a bit of a drag, a bit slow, but the books are the same.
