Originally, i failed to notice that the used headphones i had purchased had clearly displayed in the listing that they had a non-functional left speaker. Luckily, this seller immediately texted me to confirm whether or not I was trying to get this set for parts only, which i certainly was not. so Top Notch Sourcing advised me to cancel that order, they immediately approved, and I ordered a fully functional pair, which they shipped, and sms'd me the trk# within 10m

However sadly I did not receive the charging cable mentioned in the listing description however it is not that big of a deal since I personally have plenty of the cables. I purchased an acoustic guitar from them which unfortunately got damaged during transit and arrived with a crack on the soundboard. From the moment I ordered, he communicated with me each step of the way, offering to cover any repair cost. Sadly, the repair cost more than the instruments worth. I ended up asking to return the guitar, but due to high shipping costs, he refunded me let me have the guitar. I am blessed he took care of me. A++ seller. Thanks!
