great doc, but not matches
The feature documentary was good. May begin slow, but picks up to interesting. While they are showing still pictures, they also show smaller versions of the same picture scrolling along. That felt distracting and I don't know why they would put the same pictures. So it looks more like cheap editing than thought put into it. Tacky that they felt the need to say World Wrestling Entertainment, when World Wrestling Federation was on the screen. The company was changed so the abbreviation WWF wouldn't be used, as that in another company. There is no copywrite against the word federation. Trying to bury the obvious is lame It's like asking people to ignore what they see. I'm actually surprised they didn't edit out all the WWF logos in the background, cause there's a lot of short interviews with the wall right behind him. In most reviews, what I like to talk about is special features. For wrestling it would be the matches put on the other 2 discs. Some are good, some are bad. His matches with Ruck Steamboat were good. The match with Hogan was cool, since Savage won by count out. But many matches were unnecessary and they should have showed some world title victories. Savage had multiple world title victories, yet none are shown here. I think the highlights were the match with Warrior kept all the back story, and the match with Rick Flair which was the best. Even though Flair won that match (by cheating), it was good. I actually sympathized with Flair cause it seemed the referee was favoring Macho Man. As a Diamond Dallas Page fan, I'm glad they put a match were Randy was helping pass the torch and help put over a new face for the business.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
