Well worth watching
I often wonder why more films like this aren’t on television these days. This is a brilliant film in my opinion, so bought the dvd. It doesn’t disappoint. A strong plot line running throughout keeps you on the edge of your seat, well nearly. And the performances are great. The fact that the film also stars one of my favourite actors, Joe Grifasi was another reason to buy the DVD. His delivery of some great one liners makes me laugh. The film itself harps back to a time when special effects meant just that. Bringing the near impossible to life took skill and imagination, now with CGI anything is possible, so some of the reality has been lost. FX is a very watchable film, and has some brief but entertaining outtakes in the end credits. The kind of film you can see over and over again.
