    Hope it contains some worthwhile advice.

    As it turns out the book actually is available free from Dr. "Livinggood" himself . Although I believe you may have to sign up for it which may require you to submit to some sort of online pitching for goods or services. I have not had time to read the book in detail yet but it does seem to be chock full of suggestions for maintaining good health . It has plenty of photos but of rather poor quality . Still I'll soon be reading it and I expect some good to come of it.

    Worth the read

    I am enjoying the book. It’s uplifting and hopeful. I don’t expect miracles so his wording and suggestions are words to follow and use your own common sense. I like and am trying some of his ideas. All in all it is what you want to take from it not a directory. Life changes are much better than diets and he makes sense.
