The item wasn’t even processed by USPS until July 10—way too late. Now it’s useless to me. Seller showed no concern, no communication, and no professionalism. Avoid this seller if you expect even the slightest level of responsibility or customer service.

Took USPS 9 days to find my address after sending item to 12 different distribution centers across the Eastern and Northern United States. Item was package and address perfectly. Was NOT the sellers fault for the delayed delivery. Seller offered to ship another one once we observed the package was taking the scenic route across the Eastern United States. Seller was apologetic for the delay of item but was nothing they did wrong.
