I think they only send what they have in stock, but I would rather have all of them, because the "missing" ones may come back into stock and I won't have sample of them to know if they are the exact colour I want. Plus I don't want to pay £14 for another set which will be mostly duplicates and still may not include "missing" ones. Took ages to come and communication wasn't very cheery
