I killed the PENDO by using the shredder after I knew that the bin was overfull. The cutters picked up some of the multi sheet shred and jammed. It died. This CENTURIAN brand is exactly the same machine as the PENDO except for the color of the top. If the internal works are the same, I expect a very long and useful life. I am extremely pleased and happy with this purchase. Recommend.

Took 2 days to eventually be able to contact the end carrier as to what hours were available for pickup. (Just as well as they are not open all day)
