    It’s the nuts !

    I was so thrilled when my shiny new nut flopped onto the doormat. Upon opening it I gazed in awe at the genuine Yamaha packaging. There inside glistening were a nice fat nut and a slim licking washer of exceptional quality. I can now rest easy safe in the knowledge that my nut will not spin off and leave me lying in a ditch. Well worth the money, a Fazer essential.

    Modified nut and washer.

    Discovered my original nut had fallen off when changing a chain and it may have been gone for a few years.could have had a major accident so i was lucky..apparently this is a common problem with some Yamahas.this modified version should be much safer.

    Required upgrade

    A well priced upgrade kit. Well worth it for the peace of mind to avoid the potentially expensive bills from the standard nut failing and stripping the gearbox output shaft. This was a manufacturer service bulletin kit so OEM parts received and good quality.
