I ordered this on Dec 29, as of Jan 6 it is showing label created, but has not shipped. E Bay will not let me request a refund, and the contact the seller button puts me in an endless loop. I have purchased from this seller before, but since I have been billed for an item that has not been shipped, and cannot get a refund or contact them, I highly suggest not doing business with them.
