I ordered a two tone gold pendant from this seller. A pendant arrived that was similar in size, but that was all. There was no white gold, and the weight of the item was off. I contacted the seller, but after 5 days, there was still no reply. I messaged again and received the response “yes pleas return .” No attempt to try to make it right, or actually send me the correct item. I did get a refund, so I won’t complain about that, but I was really disappointed in the whole experience.
