This was not in the advert (although the seller has since changed). I asked for the item to be returned as "does not match description". Seller/ebay provided incorrect label which was for an envelope with no tracking for ebay return. Asked seller to amend label and they refused, twice, had to get ebay customer services involved. Seller rude, dismissive and unhelpful.Reply from: mccormicktools- Feedback replied by seller mccormicktools.- Feedback replied by seller mccormicktools.Buyer purchased an item not suitable and then blamed us , we gave her a label she was not happy so she contacted ebay who have confirmed she needs to return the goods at her own cost as its not our fault she did not read the description, we have not been rude or unhelpful we even gave her a return label but she refused to go to the postoffice!Follow-up from: a***n- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.The seller claims I refused take it to the post office, this is a lie. I showed the provided label to the postman who said it was for a letter with no tracking. I tried to resolve the situation with this seller who said in a message "Hi ebay state we need to provide a return label which we have done, we will not be supplying any other label as the one we have sent you is correct." I've tried to send the item back but the seller just wouldn't assist me. Ebay had to intervene to resolve.
