    It would be better if a customer service rep verified the correct part to help inexperienced buyers (to avoid purchasing, then returning the wrong part). I believe this is a professional company. It’s just better for business to be proactive and increase customer satisfaction. Otherwise, a nice-to-have is free returns. The return cost was $8-9 for this part because Dometic (the actual manufacturer, not this seller) provided the wrong part number. Very professional business.

    Low cost and fairly easy installation

    Electrode flame ignitor and sensor, fairly easy to replace (within reason) and inexpensive. This was not the problem with my furnace but since it was difficult to determine the cause, the low price, easy installation and the fact that the RV dealers couldn't get at my RV for several weeks I replaced it. Needed to start someplace. The part I actually needed was the circut board of which cost $100 or so. Well worth taking the time to do it myself. When I say easy, it was for me but I'm sure not all.
