Mostly okay. The wheel needs improvement.
While I am happy for the most part, the part that I was very unhappy with is the wheel. when I tried to swivel it, while pushing on the trailer it is a 8 X 4 foot trailer the wheel refused to swivel when I tried to steer it. I had to keep kicking the wheel and even that barely worked. Fortunately I was able to scrounge up a good swivel wheel (that has ball bearings, unlike the one that came with the jack and make it work). Also while the jack is rated at 2000 lbs the wheel is only rated at 1200 lbs and from the looks of it, I would would not trust it for more that 600 to 800 lbs.
