I am by no means a vegetarian, but I love this book. I have purchased several for friends. It has great recipes with simple ingredients that can be purchased in your local supermarket. I would recommend this book to vegetble lovers and those who simply like flavorful food. Keep in mind, these recipes take a little time; they aren't 20 minutes and you're done, but the food is well worth it!

While I have not tried any of the recipes yet, this cookbook looks fascinating. For a used book, the condition is excelent, just as the description mentioned. There was only the slightest wear on the edge of the cover jacket. I decided to buy it because I have become more and more interested in Vegitarina cooking.
I love this book and would recommend it to anyone looking to learn how wonderful it is to cook and use veggies in a variety of ways.
