For its cost it works well.
It is a handiman product because of its size, but it works quite well on small jobs. Certainly good value, when you consider a more common brand equivalent would be 5 to 10 times dearer. One mainstream brand that cost over $1000 lastest only 5 years

what a waste of money, the unit i bought is a gutless heap of crap,i had to borrow a battery unit to complete the job. i was only drilling 10mm holes in concrete footing, now for the next job i must buy another, but it wont be this brand. very disappointing. i expected more from a german brand.

Good value despite the cheap build quality.
For the price I paid for it at the time which was $88, it is a good value, entry level hammer drill. The good parts: Good value. Comes with a few bits. Also comes in a hard case which is a nice touch. Drills reasonably well. The bad parts: Clearly cheap build quality (not surprising considering the price) as parts don't fit all that well together on it and feels like it may come apart at the seems if pushed just the slightest bit past its comfort zone. Despite the mentioned cheap build quality it has been working fine so far. purchased this item to remove bathroom tiles, within the first hour the locking mechanism on the drill would no longer keep the chisel locked in position, as advertised "SDS+ accessory fitment ensures optimal bit retention". I would expect it to last a bit longer than one hour.
