Best Quality And It Works
I trust the gripper rating more than another gripper that I own which has a 300 lb rating yet is easier to close than this one. I guess I'm a "strongman" because I can close it for quite a few reps. I'm not ready for the 3.5 yet unless I want to do nearly closed or one - two reps. At any rate it's now used in the first sets of exercises I do before I start using the strands or machines. I'm getting older so my only goal is to do sets with the 3.5.I trust the gripper rating more than another gripper that I own which has a 300 lb rating yet is easier to close than this one.
