      Guide to Better Bowel Care by Bernard

      This book is a classic in the field. Helped me cure an illness of 30 years. It has very good instructions and it it not out to simply sell something.

      Great Book

      This is a great book for anyone interested in optimal health. Dr. Jensen explains the history of how our diet affects our health, and how taking care of our digestive system can lead to having a healthy body.
