Seller/ebay provided incorrect label which was for an envelope with no tracking for ebay return. Asked seller to amend label and they refused, twice, had to get ebay customer services involved. I tried to resolve the situation with this seller who said in a message "Hi ebay state we need to provide a return label which we have done, we will not be supplying any other label as the one we have sent you is correct."
