Mattress was as described and delivery prompt and on time. However I mis judged just how hard this mattress is. I was finding our ‘medium firm’ (different brand) too soft but went up two levels skipping ‘firm’ to ‘super firm’. We’ve bought a foam topper that cost almost as much as the mattress and it’s ok but I fish I had just ordered the ‘firm’.
If you love sleeping on the floor this is the mattress for you. I would also suggest opting for one with a pillow top as well.

I already knew the corners would sag but the rest of the mattress has been great. Definitely firm enough for me. If it helps, I weigh 73kg, I am 170cm tall and I'm a back sleeper. The Queen size is good enough for me.
