Best car I ever owned (including Audi, Mercedes, Ford etc.) and most fun to drive. It becomes part of your body when driving . Its cornering is flat, acceleration fantastic, breaking awesome, and upgraded music system better than I have at home. Cost of maintenance for my 2012 model has been negligible - about $200 for generator oil changes and air filters. At 50K miles, my breaks show very little wear and should last at least another 50K as a result of recumbent breaking. One can never get stuck because after your 40 miles or so of battery, you switch automatically to the generator for another 320 miles from your 9 gallons of gas. If you run out of gas entirely, you can "borrow" some number of miles from you battery reserve to find a filling station. What more can I ask for? Roger SummitRead full review

Since I am purchasing a Volt in May, this book has met all of my expectations. It goes along with a DVD on the Volt, which I purchased earlier. Very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it for present or future buyers of the Chevrolet Volt.

Having just bought a Volt, I thought it would be interesting to read the story of its design and development from concept to completion. Well written, excellent pictures.

A great book marred by the worst binding ever. Great if you own or are just into the Chevy Volt.
