HOWEVER - their freight partner may need to review their communications procedure - dropped at regional depot in 2 days, no complaint there, but then sat in depot for 3 days no communication from subcontract carrier at all. Took 2 days to eventually be able to contact the end carrier as to what hours were available for pickup. (Just as well as they are not open all day)

What I can tell you is that my grandson will appreciate being warm tucked up in bed at night, and he wont feel left out now his big brother isnt the only one with an electric blanket. Packaging is good, postage was super fast and the product presents as value for what I paid for it. Thankyou Kilka Living excellent Service
