I had never used an apparatus such as this and was somewhat skeptical that it can accomplish what it claims. It does exactly what it claims. The first time I used it, the results were terrific. I used it on some London Broil prior to marinating. I cut the marinating time down to just one hour instead of overnight and this cut of meat came out very tender, flavorful and moist. This Meat Tenderizer seems to be well made and requires little effort to use.

Easy to clean- just drop it in and let it soak a minute to loosen any meat/seasonings. I like to season meat, let it sit a bit, then use the tenderizer to infuse seasonings into meat. I saw this on QVC and wondered about it. Love Ebay prices much better so thought I'd try it. My chicken was much more tender. Can't wait to use again. This time I want to put the seasoning on first then use this so I push the seasoning into the meat. Very substantial weight. Put in top rack of dishwasher and washed great.
