    The bench press is fairly well made and good value for money. It came promptly. The box was slightly damaged and the styrofoam inside cracked and broken in several places. A couple of small parts were missing and one of the components was not assembled as the instructions indicated it ought to be. My response from support when I notified them was very poor & in spite of my doing what they asked & being polite they just stopped responding.

    Cheap as chips

    Bottle jack doesn't seem to work very well, finding it hard to believe it has the 10t of pressure advertised. I think it's partially due to the quality of hydraulic oil in it, upon inspection it was a little low, and excessively thin, like brake fluid, typical off the shelf hydraulic oil is much thicker. So it definitely needs an oil change straight out the box. A bit of SAE30 small engine oil should do the trick.
