HOWEVER - their freight partner may need to review their communications procedure - dropped at regional depot in 2 days, no complaint there, but then sat in depot for 3 days no communication from subcontract carrier at all. Took 2 days to eventually be able to contact the end carrier as to what hours were available for pickup. (Just as well as they are not open all day)

What I can tell you is that my grandson will appreciate being warm tucked up in bed at night, and he wont feel left out now his big brother isnt the only one with an electric blanket. I loved the multiple light settings (several colour settings, pulsing/steady options) and my friend's kids loved playing with it. (Good news is that it seems pretty indestructible!) It arrived in a slim box, with branches folded up; I pulled them down and added tiny ornaments, and love that I can fold it back up for easy storage. Great item, great transaction!
