      Item came packaged well. Upon opening everything was good except a weld facing the wrong direction which made it impossible to connect the Amerock sheet metal side join, I asked for advice on maybe tapping back with a rubber hammer to save retuning the product & just got a robotic answer. A couple of messages later still very unprofessional ended up with them blaming the courier, when it was clearly a quality control issue. I will never deal again with BTS as people buy from people not robots.

      iron does not fit the car properly

      Iron influence that is not quite symmetrical dimensions of the throw. has not yet been installed because the front end is narrower than the rear end of the pallet in iron and tapers towards the rear
