Would be nicer without the high temperature shut off
Item came in perfect shape, only styrofoam was slightly split as per "Open Box". Works perfectly, push/fuel knob feels kind of tacky, doesn't move smoothly at all, sometimes it lights the flame, other times it doesn't even click to ignite when you push it in to light the pilot. Water flow is good, tubing is excellent, water must be room temperature to become hot, if you start with very cold water, it will only become luke warm. On the down side, when it finally heats up and feels good and hot, not scalding, it shuts off..due to a protection circuitry...I don't know who Coleman is protecting, it is supposed to make hot water dammit.Item came in perfect shape, only styrofoam was slightly split as per "Open Box". Great for short very warm water uses, not for showers
This unit would turn off 3 times during a shower. The amount of time it took to keep the thing going was just not worth the hassle. It did stay going long enough to wash hands and face or a pot and pan but I bought this unit for its ability to give a very warm shower. It could not deliver.
