Sehr geehrter Kunde, das Pfand können wir nur für Komponenten erstatten, welche sich im wieder verwendbaren Zustand befinden. Bei Ihrer Rücksendung der alten Teile war dies bei 3 Injektoren der Fall. Beim vierten Injektor war der Stecker abgebrochen und lag lose im Paket. Dafür können wir kein Pfand erstatten da explizit von uns angegeben wird, dass das Alt-Teil ohne äußerliche Beschädigungen sein muss! Vielleicht sollten künftig Ihre Packtechnik optimieren.
