It is not appropriate that I have to pay to send this product back to you to get credit. Giving me your mailing address for me to pay to send it back to you is not appropriate. Please send a prepaid shipping label so that I can send this faulty product back to you at no cost to myself. Please give me back my money for this purchase of a faulty product you sent me.

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.

I was sent a link to a video that still didn't show me how to do it correctly. I had to find the correct instructions on my own. Just an inconvenience I hope the seller fixes for future buyers. The ink works as it is suppose to though. Just be prepared you might have to figure it out on your own.
